Joakim Bergström joins Ombori as Customer Success Manager

Stockholm, Sweden, February 16, 2023 

Ombori is delighted to announce the newest addition to its Stockholm team. Joakim Bergström is joining the company as Customer Success Manager. He will be working closely with Ombori’s leading customers to ensure that they get the best possible value from Grid. 

Joakim brings over 25 years of experience in IT project management, controlling and retail technology. He spent the last eleven years at H&M, where he worked on numerous projects including implementing a Customer Feedback solution, and IT project manager for the Click & Collect solution. During that time, he evaluated and worked with numerous Ombori solutions, so he is already familiar with the capabilities and benefits of Grid. 

“I enjoy finding ways to improve the retail experience for customers, staff, and management,” says Joakim. “Ombori creates solutions that deliver that, and they have a global client base with some of the world’s leading brands. This will be an exciting challenge for me.” 

“Joakim has been involved with store digitalization since well before the pandemic,” says CEO Andreas Hassellöf. “He has a fantastic understanding of what’s involved from the retailer’s perspective on many levels, including functionality, UX, ROI, and the practicalities of deployment.
